Return and Refund Policy

Due to our dropshipping model, return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories. Products with defects or incorrect items qualify for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost, upon submission of photos and issue description. For returns due to buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to an administrative fee. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
